Stephanie did a great job helping us relocate to Parkland, Florida. Being a local she was extremely knowledgable about the real estate in the area. Always willing to spend one on one time with me looking and researching houses in Parkland. She was always available to answer questions and even go look at properties for us when we were not able to be there to see them. Resale was very important to us and I felt like she was open and honest with us so that we could make a good decision. Having said that, it was a no brainer when we were transferred out of state and needed to sell our house 3 years later. We called Stephanie and used her this time as our selling agent. Once again we were impressed with her personal attention and service. She helped us stage the house and got our listing out promptly as time was a factor. We highly recommend Stephanie! We knew immediately upon meeting her that she was a great match for selling our home. She is very knowledgeable of the Coral Springs/Parkland area. Stephanie was thorough, always available to answer any questions, and easy to work with. I don't know how she did it, but she made us feel like we were her only clients. When we needed some minor work done at our house, she set up the handyman, etc. We felt confident that she got us a fair price for our home and it sold far quicker than we expected.
